Mine's next Thursday, and my class have been revising through past papers really, and having the whole french lessons in french, and through speaking it whenever we can.

I'm doing Unit 1, Youth Culture and Concerns, and we have a couple of pages of questions which could possibly come up, so we just take it in turns to do questions and answers.
We've also been revising "fancy" phrases to get a bit of variation in our language, "il vaudrait mieux...", "On ne peut pas nier que..." "Quoiqu'il en suit...", that sort of thing.

Just practice speaking and responding to spontaneous questions and you should be fine!
