AQA Science ISA explained.

For the outgoing AQA GCSE science exams; here's how the ISA's work.


Worth 25%

Comprises of 3 sections

Sections 1 and 2 = 34 marks (questions)

Section 3= Practical skill assessment



Now, provided that you don't kill anybody or mess up, you'll probably be garunteed to get 5 or 6 marks for the PSA.

They don't seem to fluctuate too much, and grade B has remained consistently at 30/40 marks throughout all GCSE Biology+Physics ISA's.
