I think hip maybe the culprit or a pinched nerve dunno :s

A mediocre session ...
Highlights of the day :
BP: 90 2x5 , 1x3 ( *sigh* had I made two more reps. then this would have been 3x5 (anyway a PB) =[
Inclines: work up to 80kg + 1x13 60kg (pb)
DB BP : 35kg 2x5 ....
Standing (strict) DB press: 30 KG (right) , DB + hammer curls up to 30kg .... Lots of pull ups ~ 60-70 reps + 1x3 +25kg ....
DL : 1x10 50kg , lolwut

I think hip maybe the culprit or a pinched nerve dunno :s
