Re: Liftorrot: Which will you do?
Rubbish workout in terms of volume work... hardly any.. had to scrub the entire shop floor took me 6 hrs all by myself <_<
Feel like a quarter power lifter now that I can't DL ( dunno for how long maybe forever)... was the only lift I was good at <_<

    bp: 90*1
    100 *1
    110*1
115*1 PB ( FYI: spotter was so close on giving it a touch , there was a potential of ruining it had it been someone else )
    105 *2 was aiming for 5 rofl
    95*3
    80*5

    DB 40kg 1x2
    what a joke .....

    ~50 pull ups + 35kg x1pb

    OHP: 50*1 60*1 ( ugh weak!)
    DL 60 1x1 , 100 1x1 .....
    DB curls 25 : 1x10
Back twinged as soon as I grabbed the 25kg DBs ,wtf ...

    @ 74.3kg...

P.S: No more bench maxing .. I might take a rest for a week or so.. back isn't in good shape.

Absolutely brutal session today... words can't describe it...

FS (these were Olympic standard [ way below parallel , next time will video ]... some reps were paused , few times I was pinned down but made the rep , apart from the last set / last rep ):

    72.5
    5x5 (-1 rep)

    OHP:

50 3x5 ( ran out of time ,would have gone for 5x5)

    Followed by body building work

    BP ( BB)
    60 1x30
    Pull ups : 10 , 5, 5 5 , 5
Tried to do muscle ups ... shoulders were toasted by then
at 72.5 kg.. losing weight wtf lol

30 reps really isn't a bodybuilding rep range...

I don't know much about bodybuilding but I thought a good rep range for the larger muscle groups was supposed to be 8-12.

    Pump is irrelevant?

Does it ****ing matter... I spose I am disappointed that he benched today at all lol. But the bulk of the workout was legit (5x5) et al.

Doing a random set of 30 is unlikely to stimulate much hypertrothy and could derail recovery, so yes I'd say it does matter?

don't think it would really hinder recovery, dudes pretty much been benching every day since he started lifting lol

^Up to 20 is ok for BB and it depends how you do em. Its not a big deal, although I would recommend against it. Doubt it will **** up gainz though.

Oh boy... so much going on... I should have mentioned that I was trying to work on 'speed' .. if you get what I mean not to mention was kind of pissed at a bunch because of whom I had to wait 40 minutes to do any workout at all... ( squat rack)
