I wrote, one of the products had a NH3 group. Then I wrote that all had methyl groups in different places, so each had a different structure.
    There was a NH3 group?

They had different groups attached to different nitrogen atoms. For example there were two of them with CH3 groups attached to a particular nitrogen whereas the other was attached to a hydrogen.
    i said so thnx anyway

I put that firstly each enzyme catalyses a specific reaction and will lead to one product forming. There are three different products formed in the breakdown therefore three different enzymes have to be involved.

so what were the answers of the tryglyceride one?
Well it breaks down to glycerol and fatty acids and they are joined by ester bonds

Dammit, I think I only got 1 mark out of 3... I said something similar to what you said about the enzyme catalysing for a specific product, but then I sprouted some rubbish when I couldn't think of anything else to try and get the remaining marks.

What's the general opinion of the exam overall? Hard, medium or easy?
I found it hard, so I'm hoping for low grade boundaries. But I did like the start of the paper and the end questions, the middle parts of the exam are probably what screwed me over
