How to defend these following charges......NEED HELP ASAP..!!!!!!

Hey y'all I have a project due tomorrow night need help real soon.....

tell me how to defend these following crimes in order in court of law.....

How would a defense lawyer defend these charges.. ?


CARJACKING

FIRST DEGREE MURDER

FELONY MURDER

POSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY (GUNS)

VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER (KILLING A PEDESTRIAN)

CO-CONSPIRATOR (LAUNDERING MONEY)

These are mostly American crimes... many of these crimes will therefore be in some sort of state penal code, where you will also find the defences. You can't really use English law defences because we are a common law system where the defences are creatures of the common law mainly.

I'll have a go though...First degree murder, if we treat it as good old murder in English law i.e. unlawful killing of a human born alive during the queen's peace with intent. Defences to murder include insanity (disease of the mind), loss of control, diminished responsibility, self defense, necessity, automatism.
