    Housemate needed for next year
    Hiya,
    Room available in 2 bed apartment on eccy road. 429a ecclesall road to be more precise, right next to tesco and above bargain beers!! What more could you want as a student...
    Anyway, the flat is gorgeous. 2 storey, good size rooms, big living room overlooking eccy road, kitchen is seperate and big. Modern furnishing
    Centrally located right opposite colleigate campus, but has a bus stop right outside for more than regular buses to the city. Girl living there is 22 and lovely!

    Desperate for someone to sign up ASAP, flat couldnt be nicer and was snapped off the market as soon as it got put on. I think rent is 86pw but your getting what you pay for!
