Basically to cut a long story short, I was playing with my pen and my 'friend' suddenly got very annoyed with it so he decided to "remove" the problem and force it out of my hand, as he was doing it the pen's sharp bit cut my skin in several places on my right hand and now as a result it hurts me when I write. Could I really claim the personal injury compensation claim even though its just a couple of cuts?

Please don't say "its just a cut so get over it", when the its not my fault that I have the cuts in the first place...

I'd contact a lawyer about that buddy, that's a claim worth thousands. Go around to an office tomorrow and explain the situation, make sure you take plenty of pictures of the cut and the pen in question.

I'd even get a few witness statements if I was you!

Another positive note, in a few years time you might be able to use this story to get onto the x-factor!
