So Basically I'm holding a surprise party for my sister and my original plan was to have a party she planned with her friends in the park and when she got howe our family party would be a surprise.
But the problem has been that its raining on the day of the party and now she wants to have her first birthday (the one with her friends) at home, or se says she'll just cancel it.

So yea what excuses can you all give?

BTW: she keeps asking why she cant have it at home and i need an excuse for that too
