We are currently sorting through the deposits now. It takes up to 4 weeks for the agency to inform us of any damages or cleaning charges and then it takes us a few weeks to organise this refund. Please keep an eye on your emails as an automatic email will be sent to you when the deposit is returned.

My flatmate went over xmas and said it took around 2 months of constantly bugging the hotel to actually get the money, cuz they won't willingly give it back -

But frankly, on that particular morning, I was in a fair worse mood, so wasn't taking any crap from some jumped up hotelier looking to make money out of me. -
