Re: Ticket resale programme dates
I contacted them here http://www.tickets.london2012.com/contactus and they gave me an email reply.
And do you know whether a specific ticket is still available or not if the search box says that it failed to find your requested tickets? I've done that for some of the football tickets that have been made available until tomorrow -
Re: Ticket resale programme datesReally? Where did you hear that from? That would be great(Original post by Divingbrit)
Latest news is that the next issue of tickets are due to go on sale in just over a weeks time.
And is that for every sport or just tickets remaining in specific events? -
Re: Ticket resale programme datesOk Thanks. And the next ticket resale programme is gonna open soon as well, I imagine it will be after this round of tickets is sold. Then, I think any remaining tickets could be sold right up until the events(Original post by Divingbrit)
It was said that the next ticket sale was going to be delayed by two weeks and that was a week ago , as for tickets its the ones that were sent back, and a few that remained. Not a lot. -
Re: Ticket resale programme datesThere was going to be 'booths' selling the tickets at in the last few weeks running up to the games, but as it looks as if it will be only football seats left, not sure if that will now be the case. Then, I think any remaining tickets could be sold right up until the events

Re: Ticket resale programme datesHopefully. But I'm sure there'll still be remaining tickets for other events, especially after the ticket resale programme(Original post by Divingbrit)

Re: Ticket resale programme datesHow do you put the tickets on sale? Also how do you buy tickets that people like you are selling?(Original post by ry87uk)
Just submitted 3 Olympic Tickets up for resale on London 2012 website.
GRAB THEM QUICK !
Mens Weightlifting 105kg - 6th August
Athletics - 3rd August
Womens Beach Volleyball (very sad to see this one go) - 5th August
Sorry the ticket website is sh*t, can tell that it isnt properly maintained. At least update the website once in a while -
Re: Ticket resale programme dates
Oh yes, the resale programme is finally back up. But I don't get how it will work in terms of having tickets resold - does that mean that buyers of a specific session will received resold tickets first? They'd better be, otherwise there'd be absolutely no point of the programme. In theory, what is the point of them scavanging for someone to actually buy them first? Why couldn't they just be refunded as soon as they arrive back at the office? -_-
