    Questions for Ranmoor residents
How many people are the Ravenstones A block flats for?

Do you have to pay for a parking permit now?

And is there really no cash point in the Ridge?

    - It varies but generally 6 people iirc

    - Yes you do

    - There isn't a cash point at the ridge but HSBC and SPAR are just 10-15 minutes down the road.

There is the option to get cashback at the Ridge though, which can come in handy.

    ...?
    Hi

I think that Ravenstones A has 8 people per flat, judging by the number of windows.

I might be in the wrong thread but I need help. I melted my mattress protector when using my hairdryer to dry my bedsheet while it was on the bed - does any one know where I can buy a replacing one? Or how much it will cost if the uni charges me?

    Thanks!

Is it badly melted? If not I would stick it back on and try to hide the melted bit. If not, don't buy a replacement unless you can get a free one from your parents They will take it out of your deposit but I seriously doubt it will be much. Don't they cost ~ £10?

I lived in Ravenstones last year and can confirm that all the flats have 8 rooms. They are lovely, flats with great spacious kitchens.

Are you on the Facebook group yet for Ravenstones? We'd like to meet more 'stoners :d. If not, do join!

As for the number of rooms, as others say, 8 is the USUAL amount.

    From http://www.findaproperty.com/house-v...-3as.sheffield,
    Ravenstones, block A has:
    1. flats A1 through A5 - floors: ground through 4
    2. rooms 1 through 6 are the only ones listed as valid addresses
    3. A4 and A5 are the only flats that seem to have rooms 7 and 8.

    Hope this answers your question!
