We are three male University of Brighton students who will be going into our third year in September. Although going into third year socialising is a priority for us and want a house mate who feels the same, we like listening to music, watching films, video games, having communal meals etc. We have recently found a house on St Martins Street, (next to the church, just off of Lewes Road). So it is in a perfect position for all campuses and getting into town (with a pub two doors down). The house is immaculate, with four similar sized rooms, one with a single bed. There is a lovely open planned living room/kitchen area with all necessary appliances. The rent is £92 a week but this is by far the nicest house I have stayed in whilst being at university.
