    Brighton students looking for housemate
We are three male University of Brighton students who will be going into our third year in September. Although going into third year socialising is a priority for us and want a house mate who feels the same, we like listening to music, watching films, video games, having communal meals etc. We have recently found a house on St Martins Street, (next to the church, just off of Lewes Road). So it is in a perfect position for all campuses and getting into town (with a pub two doors down). The house is immaculate, with four similar sized rooms, one with a single bed. There is a lovely open planned living room/kitchen area with all necessary appliances. The rent is £92 a week but this is by far the nicest house I have stayed in whilst being at university. Viewings are available, just call me on: 07908409773. I look forward to hearing from you!
    Joe Weekes.

Re: Brighton students looking for housemate
Hi Joe, my name is Max.

I have recently made an application to transfer from London Metropolitan University in Aldgate East in London to The University of Brighton.

I am applying to the BA Painting course.

I will be going into the first year, but I am 24 years old and able to look after myself!

I like to socialize, I like pub life, I like to cook and play computer games etc etc. That all sounds absolutely suitable, as does the rent.

This year I have worked as an English teacher to foreign students in the evenings.

Previously I have trained as a martial arts instructor.

I do paintings and arty stuff like that.

I have a girlfriend so I would be keen to be in a room with a double bed if I became your flatmate.

I'm planning to visit in the next couple of weeks to have a look around and get better acquainted with the area.

I would really appreciate any further information you could offer me, (maybe some snaps?) and if it all seems groovy then I'll try to arrange a time to view the place.

Either way, best wishes to you, and if I'm not the ideal flatmate then I hope you find who you're looking for!

    M.
