Ok so every time i open it, it doesnt let me click anything it just comes up with a popup saying

Itunes has stopped working

Windows is checking for a solution to the problem

and it searches for a minute or so then just says a problem causes the program to stop working correctly windows will notify you if a solution is available. Then itunes just closes itself.

Ive downloaded the new version of itunes and quicktime but it made no diffrence. any help appreciated!!!

Yep, mine did that too. I don't use it any more for that reason...and I was spending too much while it was working

Have you attempted to 'start as administrator' when you right click

Try right-clicking and running as administrator if you use Windows 7. If that fails to work your best option is probably to uninstall it and reinstall/download.
