DSA taking ages to send me a replacement Theory test certificate...Opinions?
Okay, so about 3/4 weeks ago I phoned up DSA to ask if they could send me a replacement theory test as I had lost mine. I have until September before my theory test runs out, but DSA told me they sent it out to me, but I never received the first one. So I called them up again last week and asked them to send me another one for the 2nd time. I still haven't received it, and I'm getting frustrated because I want to start an intensive course, but I need the theory proof for the test.

What else can I do if this one doesn't come?

You don't need theory test certificate really. You just need the details on it, like certificate number and expiry. If DSA can tell you that info over the phone, then you'd be able to book your test.
