DSA taking ages to send me a replacement Theory test certificate...Opinions?

DSA taking ages to send me a replacement Theory test certificate...Opinions?Okay, so about 3/4 weeks ago I phoned up DSA to ask if they could send me a replacement theory test as I had lost mine. I have until September before my theory test runs out, but DSA told me they sent it out to me, but I never received the first one. So I called them up again last week and asked them to send me another one for the 2nd time. I still haven't received it, and I'm getting frustrated because I want to start an intensive course, but I need the theory proof for the test.
What else can I do if this one doesn't come? -

If DSA can tell you that info over the phone, then you'd be able to book your test.(Original post by TheEnigmaUK)
