Re: The Return of Fabrice MuambaI was a bit teary as he shook Shabaaz's hand. Was at the game when he collapsed, and would have loved to have been at the Reebok tonight were it not for exams. He feels like a part of Spurs to me!

A heart attack is caused by a blockage in a blood vessel to the heart and can range from minor to major, which in itself can cause a cardiac arrest. A cardiac arrest is far more serious, it is a sudden and often violent complete stoppage of the heart and is far more likely to result in death.
