Worried about sinus headachesI've suffered from sinus headaches since I was a child. More recently I've suffered from migraines on a pretty regularly basis i.e. 3-4 times a week. For a few years I've noticed with these headaches that I get a severely blocked right nostril, and no matter what I try it can't be unblocked. Now I'm starting to notice that I breathe very little through my right nostril, even when I don't have these headaches, and even when I try, I find it very difficult. Im literally all the time breathing only through one nostril, and this seems to be bringing more of the headaches on. Ideas anyone?
