20.69 (but sometimes less and sometimes just over 21), so I voted for the 18.5-20.9 range. I have some muscle-tone, so I look more as if I had a BMI of 18-19.

I used to be around 23.2 all those years before I discovered that one of my most successful revision techniques was eating pizza/Twinkies whilst reading in bed!

Right now though, my BMI's 25.7 and I'm 5'9. I have no muscle tone whatsoever. I'm a little bit overweight, and while I'm hardly surprised that I'm a little bit chubby, I'm happy with my shape. My health's not too bad, either.

BMI is a useless way to indicate how ''healthy'' you are.. If you spend time putting in work at the gym, then you will probably be classed as overweight lol (even though you aren't)

    But most people don't.
A lot people, especially females, aren't bulky with a **** load of muscles. You'd have to put in a lot of work to reach that stage. That's why BMI is used a general estimation.

OP, my BMI is 18.9. I used my weight from the nurse's office although my £4 scale from Argos tells me different.
