oh man, STILL cant sleep.

    Okay, so hey, I havnt slept in like...48 hours or more, this is the third night in a row that I havnt slept a wink....and the wierd thing is, the more tired I get, the harder it is to sleep..

    Tried everything...reading borrring articles...but they just get interesting....watching. house of lords debates on youtube...just lie flat in the bed and close my eyes...but it gets too warm, or random phantom iches...
    Drinking water....horlicks....

    Everything!!! When it gets soo anniying I just go on th computer like now, but its making me mor awake..

    Any advice, will be MuCh appreciated......I have a feeling I may have temporary insomnia..and im so tired
    Please dont say count sheep (i dont even get tht concept lol) :-)

    Yeh alredy tried iplayer too...an lol been commenting on random tsr forums too :-P

    Oooh good luck! I got exams two, first one in a week...eeeeeh...need to get AAAB...gud idea actully dont why I ddnt think of exams as a big factor.....
    Anyway, finally managed to sleep 4 hours lol.....u?

    Darling, its called ABBREVIATION. I am a teenage girl. Its bludy easier. I know good grammar is the new thing, but I tend to do my own thinking rather thn follow th crowd...when theres something more rational...and writin like so is faster n easier...plus im doin this on a smartphone...so..fiddly touch keyboard an all.....got it?

    I'm kinda the same, find it really hard to sleep! But what usually works with me is stuffing myself with as much food as possible (without feeling sick), especially heavy food like a curry, it just knocks me out!

    I used to have this problem. One of the things tat helped me was to put some relaxing music on low volume in the background (e.g. search youtube for some), turn off the light and close my eyes on the bed. Worked most of the time.

    Lmao, tht IS an old trick I know, but then again, I want to get some shut eye, not gain fifty kg lool
    When I have curry, and its normally going to be scaldingly spicy if I do, I have to eat it two hours befor I sleep or I get heartburn (no kidding) :-P

    Have exactly the same problem! Mine has been a long term thing but I think the fact that my exams start of tuesday if a big factor.

    Good luck to you too, thats really close phew! What exams are you doing; A-level, scottish higher, GCSE, university ones? My first ones on thursday for Highers
