    I'm the same as you, I write notes then a week later I can't remember any of it.

    The best way for me, is to write chunks down, either in one colour on A4, or on separate flash cards - then I test myself.

    I feel like this too, but i sing it aloud to myself and it sinks in. Well that's what i am hoping anyway, worked before!
