    Pain in knee?
So I got a pain in my right knee at around 45* when I put weight on it.

It's not a debilitating pain (I still managed my 3x5 squat today) but it is off putting. When I was squatting it was quite obvious as I didn't go as low as I usually do and I was definitely putting in more effort from my left leg. It's been there since about an hour after Wednesdays work out (I did deadlifts/squats) so I think I may have damaged it during deadlifting.

Any ideas what this could be? I'm taking the weekend off and won't be going to the gym til Monday. If it continues then is it advisable to take time off squats/deadlifts til it completely heals? I don't really want to take time off but I'd rather sacrifice some gains than take my knee out for a considerable amount of time.
