It mentions using IQ test scores to decide who to interview. Assuming other traits are tested there. This is actually the norm in my experience, for competitive graduate schemes anyway.

Its interesting how divided people are on this issue lol

From 2 -> 4! - one person had a problem with 1?!

I think its fair to say that currently there is widespread usage of policies 1 (in some indirect way), 2 and 3... 4, I dont think people would publicise but it goes on all the time, especially in the city. 5, not so widespread any more.
