Desperately seeking housemate! Will pay deposit and admin fees.Seeking a housemate for 19 Brazil Street, Leicester. Ten minute walk to both universities, very near the city centre. 6 bed house, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area.
Currently all housemates are male, but male and female welcome. Very friendly outgoing second year Leicester Uni housemates.
I myself am dropping out so in need of getting rid of my room, as I have already paid the deposit and admin fees (approx £350), I don't mind waiving these.
Rooms all spacious and furnished with double beds.
£65 pw plus bills
