    Criminal Justice Act s43!
    Hi guys,

Is the s43 of the criminal justice act 2003 currently in force? and if you think not, what could possibly be needed to bring it into force and how likely is it , that it could be bought into force during this parliamentary season?

    Thanks

s.43 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 never came into force.

In terms of the repeal see

    Protection of Freedoms Act 2012

    Part 7

    Schedule 10 Repeals and revocations
Part 10 Repeal of provisions for conducting certain fraud cases without jury

    Part 12

This is simple research that if you hope to do well in future you would be well advised to do yourself.
