    A2 Economics AQA hardness.
I'm currently studying as Econ with my exam approaching soon. I am expected to get an A aslong as I work hard. I wrote this question because I was just looking at the spec and structure of the Unit3 and 4 exams, and was just womdering on what peoples views are on how hard this is if I was on an A this year and feel really passionate and enjoy economics. Thanks all!!

It would for you get easier I'd say because you've learnt the basics from the first year and economics is a course that builds on previous knowledge. You should do well but its best to have the attitude of it being really difficult than thinking its going to be easy. That way you don't get complacent.

Economics in A2 uses a lot of the knowledge from AS and even though its not in the spec your AS knowledge can be brought in. A2 just goes into more depth on certain topics and you get fancier graphs to draw in micro but it should be straight forward if you grasped everything at AS.
A lot more emphasis is put on evaluation of issues I think and having an awareness of real events you can bring into your essays helps a lot, once you get the hang of the structure of the different questions and know points about each topic (there aren't too many) it should be a breeze
