It's an all in one episode, but I was particularly struck by the second contestant, Brian Moore (go to 16:05-29:12). His food is quite possibly the most unbelievably **** menu I have ever seen. As for his dessert...my god, the humanity. Somehow he actually manages to score quite well.

My first instinct was to think that it was a joke. But looking at the man, I don't think he's the joking type.

I don't really have a point to make, but...wtf? Is this all a big joke? How the hell does someone serve up abominations like that?
