Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012the system/server can't handle it or something. That said, the econ sections are less moderated than other parts... not even sure if there is one actually! *waits*(Original post by zxh800)
I wonder why threads get locked at 10k... -

Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk II
BNE do you do Edexcel Further? zxh do you do Edexcel? What modules do you have?
Pop. Econ books.(Original post by Hmmmmmmmm)
For an interview or just in general, would it be more advantageous to read a textbook type of book or something that maybe had a bit more literary value? -
Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk IIGoogle is your best friend. I'll be happy to recommend any books. PM?(Original post by Hmmmmmmmm)
Such as? -
Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk III have S2, FP2, FP3 and S3 (I'm on Edexcel).(Original post by -Illmatic-)

Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk III wish I did S3...but I'm doing all of the other 3(Original post by zxh800)
I have S2, FP2, FP3 and S3 (I'm on Edexcel). -
Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk IIHow are you finding them all? If I remember rightly, you already have an A2 module in the bag so there's slightly less pressure!(Original post by zxh800)
I have S2, FP2, FP3 and S3 (I'm on Edexcel). -
Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk IIYup, I have M2 done and dusted. I've had to self-teach S2 and S3 because the teacher has been teaching the loony engineers and mathos who want to do M4 and M5. Self-teaching hasn't been too bad and both modules seem to be nice. The FPs are trickier though. There are bits which haven't quite sunk in yet but most of it's ok. How's your exam prep going?(Original post by Groat)

Re: Economics Applicant Thread UCAS 2012 mk IIAh, if you feel the need to run some S2 by me, go ahead!(Original post by zxh800)

I seem to be revising maths much more than the rest. It's probably because I've already gotten good marks in mocks.

Didn't spot this in the chaotic ending of mk I lol. But, I do FM. I have 3 of my FM A2 modules within days of each other, it's so much to remember

Which ones? I think it's because they assume people won't be sitting M2 and M3 in the same sitting and likewise for stats (seeing as hardly anyone does S3 and 4)(Original post by zxh800)
I have S2, FP2, FP3 and S3 (I'm on Edexcel).
You have the weekend until FP3 and it's always like that every year!Last edited by Brand New Eyes; 06-05-2012 at 11:20.
