Bin Laden told followers not to 'waste [their] effort' attacking the UK
Some of the files recently recovered show that Bin Laden thought it pointless attacking the UK and said they should instead focus exclusively on the US:

"'Even though we have the chance to attack the British, we should not waste our effort to do so but concentrate on defeating America, which will lead to defeating the others, God Willing...Any arrow and mine we have should be directed against Americans, disregarding all other enemies, including Nato, and concentrating on Americans only."

    Thoughts?

Wow, it sounds like it's come right out of the brain of some American film director with his head up his own arse.

Pretty sure you should have quoted that as "waste [their] effort." The current phrasing is kinda incriminating.

Al Qaeda/CIA/Mossad are all equivalent so these 'files' mean nothing.

Who told you those are bin ladens notes, did you see him write them? Where are the images of him being killed? He denied involvement in 911.

    Oh dear.

    Here we go again.

    Conspiracy theory number 1, 2, 3.... infinity....

    Circular argument.

Did I claim that? There is little evidence to support that but a lot of evidence to support 911 was an inside job.

Those towers were designed to withstand the impact of multiple planes, like all sky scrapers.

What happened to building 5, no plane hit it, why did it fall?

What conceivable reason could there be for it being an inside job. The "war on terror" has cost the US hundreds of thousands of lives and more than 4 trillion dollars.

There's mounds of video evidence to suggest that Al Qaeda accepted responsibility for it.

Well it didn't cost the lives of the people who matter (if they're going to allow 3,000 to die on 911, I'm sure they don't care much about the troops), the elite didn't die nor have they, and even then the total is not even close to 50,000 lives.

    4 trillion dollars ?????

"$747.3 billion -- has been allocated to the war in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion there in 2003"

    http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/...15708320100114

40% of the 15 trillion US economy depends on oil every year, 40 % of 15 trillion is 6 trililion, so they've made there money back in just over a month and after that its all profit.

No, how was it al qaeda, it was me, here you are, I admit it, and at least you can say you spoke to the culprit directly.

    Well that plan went swimmingly.

I'm sure he had a big scheme which ended with some kind of Islamic run world shaped in his image, pretty irrelevant now since he got trepanned by a navy seal and is now feeding nemo and his friends.

Just another dead mad man soon replaced and forgotten.

    Shame he died years ago.
