Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition?
Im going to say no. Generally its only further education students that get it. Otherwise everyone and their friends would be getting it, which doesn't make very good business sense
Also, google it.
Googled it. Took me less that 1 minute http://www.adobe.com/ap/education/st...ity-guide.html. No, highschoolers don't get it.Last edited by DanBrwn; 06-05-2012 at 08:01. -
Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition? The link you sent me to actually DID specify that secondary and primary school students are eligible, so I don't quite know what you're referring to.(Original post by DanBrwn)

Nor does it say anywhere how the UK fits into their scheme. -
Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition?I find it slightly curious that you linked the Asia Pacific guidelines.(Original post by DanBrwn)

This link is the one applicable to the UK, and states that primary and secondary students are eligible. -

Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition?
Yes, if you are enrolled in an accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction.
Am I eligible?
To qualify for a student discount, you must be enrolled in one of the following:
- University or college — accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study*
- Primary or secondary school — accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction*

Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition?
I bought the Student Edition CS5 Design package (including Photoshop) from http://www.software4students.co.uk/ when I was in 5th year of highschool. So yeah, it's legit and it works.

Re: Are A-Level Students eligible for the Photoshop student discount edition?
Yes, you should be eligible for the student edition - my friend bought (yeah, bought) the CS5 Design Premium with a student discount in year 10 (last year) but I'm gonna have to ask him which website he got it from, he never had any problems when buying it so I assume it's OK
