I would consider it.

It would have to be in central Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds however as i am not coming to be ripped off in London or have to travel for hours back to my homeland (i'm certainly not stepping foot in the left utopia of Wales).

It would also have to be in August as i have many things to waste my money on first, September may be better if we can find out when everybody starts university.
