    UCAS Track
So basically one of my Universities declined my application saying it was Unsuccessful because my UCAS Application was incomplete?

And my second gave me an offer which I replied to as firm, but they soon discontinued the course and merged it with another.

So I wanted to add more choices but it doesn't have the option of letting me add more choices?

What can I do to add more choices?

Did you only choose 2 uni's so far?
If yes, then log into Track. Click on CHOICES. Then underneath the list of uni's, on that grey banner, it should say something like ADD CHOICES or ADD MORE CHOICES in red font, click on that

You might not be able to add more choices if your firm choice merged courses - because that new course might still be showing as your firm. You need to phone UCAS.

    It doesn't show it anymore.
