Re: Birmingham University Business school ?
The business school itself is a bit out the way from the other buildings, but i dont think their is a lecture room there, ive only ever been there for classes.
The lecturers ive had from the business school (mostly from A+F course) have all been really good though. -

Its a rather large LT and so only used for big compulsory modules or guest speakers where they open it up to staff and other students from the Business School (such as George Davies - creator of Per Una and George @ Asda). -
Re: Birmingham University Business school ?Cool thanks sounds good.....Were there many people doing A+F in your year or the years below, Just asking because when I went to the applicant open day in Febuary there wernt that many people there which isnt necessarily a bad thing was just wondering...Ive notcied alot of people do Business managemant lol(Original post by josh_v)

Re: Birmingham University Business school ?Hard to know exactly because all the lectures i had with the a+f course was combined with people from my course. Although i would say there was 80-100. But as more than one course takes each module, you'll likely have more than that in some of your lectures, so maybe 120.(Original post by Jeeves_90)

However, PWC are heavily involved at Birmingham, they sponsor the Economics society. And this year there have been a few career fairs where a few of the big accounting firms have been in along with lots of the smaller ones. Theres loads on offer if you look out for it. -
Re: Birmingham University Business school ?All of the Big Four are on campus a lot - Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Either through sponsorship of societies and sports team etc but also through campus recruitment events and competitions etc.(Original post by josh_v)
