    Less anxious when sleepy
    Has anyone experienced this?

For me it starts a few hours into when I'm due for bed and increases to hypomania if i don't sleep..

Honestly tho, there is this certain period where my mind is quieter and not much is happening by way of mood. I become more confident/coherent/my true self?

I'd really like to capitalise on this lol.. I am diagnosed as having anxiety disorder, but I've gone through just about every symptom there is eg insomnia, suicidal etcetc all of which I have reasons for. What I have is mostly rooted in anxiety, doubt, perfectionism.

Maybe its something to do with your heart and breathing rate. When your sleepy your heart rate and breathing rate is slowed down so you should try looking into breathing techniques.
