    Having a baby
Hi. My new boyfriend and I are thinking of having a baby but I can't stop thinking 'come one, look at that mess over there, how can you put a baby in a world like that it's selfish man'

so I guess I'm trying to ask you guyz do you think it's ok to have a baby in 2012 ? My boyfriend and I both have a job so the baby should have a security (a roof over his head and food on the table)

    thnaks

Here's an idea, if you think bringing a new baby into the world is selfish, then why not adopt? Change the life a little baby that needs a home now and you get the baby you guys both want. just a suggestion, good luck!

Would that change once you had the baby?

Get a kitten. They're just as cute and they more or less look after themselves.

Security is not just a roof

It is a Mum & Dad who have been together more than 5 minutes

Unless "new" means a couple of years

Honestly, there's no rush. It isn't like you are going to become infertile within months of meeting a new guy. There's no need to have a kid any time soon, so just leave it for a while! You can have a baby when you don't feel the need to ask strangers on the internet whether it's a good idea, and if you do feel the need to ask strangers on the internet about having a baby then it seems pretty clear that you shouldn't be doing it right now anyway.

How new is this boyfriend? You shouldn't be planning a baby with a 'new' anyone.

For the sake of the potential child, no. A roof over their head and food on the table does not a happy childhood make.

    No.

    1) You're not married
    2) You're far too young.
