Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner is fabulous. I can't remember how much it cost, it'll be more expensive than a standard one you get in boots but it is worth it as it stays put all day, it's waterproof however it comes off easily with make up remover.

    I use this

It's not liquid though. It's like a wind up crayon.
I suppose it depends on what look you go for, I go for quite heavy so I find this good to use, especially as it doesn't need sharpened.

Anyway I've worn heavy eyeliner since I was 14 and have tried Barry M (crap), Urban Decay (too creamy), Rimmel (not enough staying power), among others and that one comes out top.

I think the l'oreal super liner is the best, the one like a felt tip:

At the moment I'm using the Soap & Glory eyeliner pen. It's basically like a felt tip so it's really easy to use and it stays on nicely http://www.boots.com/en/Soap-Glory-8...treme_1238278/

The Collection 2000 one is pretty good, and cheap too
