Defence is good. Maybe we need a backup left back to challenge Enrique.
Mid is crap, apart from Gerrard and Lucas. So we need wingers and a good CM like what Alonso did.
Strikers are unpredictable. So we need one RVP type 30 goal a season dude. -

Re: Transfers for your team...I'm not the first to say this, and won't be the last, but letting Alonso go was the single worse decision LFC have made. He was the reason you were challenging for the PL titles back then. Incredible player, struggle to replace him.(Original post by pbsjohnz)

Shelton Martis, El-Hadji Diouf, Freddie Piquionne, Herita Ilunga, Damien Plessis, Pascal Chimbonda, Habib Beye, Habib Bamogo, Mamadou Bagayoko.
We are also likely to lose James Coppinger, Mustapha Dumbuya, John Oster, Tommy Spurr, George Friend and James O'Connor due to being massively over next season's budget and thanks to Saunders' unrivalled ability to piss everyone off whenever he opens his stupid mouth.
In total that's a loss of 15 players meaning that we have to bring in pretty much an entire new team. I'd love to see us sign some players from League Two and Non-League, give them the opportunity to play in League One and then sell them on for a profit. No idea who we will sign but I've heard Paul Green has been linked with a return and we could also sign Ramon Nunez from Leeds.

He left because Benitez tried to sign Barry and told Alonso that Barry would play most matches. The funny thing is we did not even end up signing the supposed replacement. -
