Right have been having power problems with my dell long story short after a new sister bored and power adapter it started working again

I had previosly downloaded the windows 8 user experiance thing but no longer wanted it so i simpally delited the sector with easus upon restart the user experiance tryed to fix the problem fering it would destroy vista i held the power button now it wont turn on again has the sister bored or new power adapter gone or is it my bios

Windows always corrects the system when you delete a partition from the HDD. Standard.

Not sure what to suggest, as you shouldn't have turned it off, everything was going to be fine.

Try this though, take battery and power out of the laptop, hold down the power button for a few seconds, this will use up any residual power. Then plus the battery and power adapter back in and turn on.

Nope tryed taking hdd out too

Should i replase the sister bored see if that does anything

No the power input is on a seperat bored and im mostly sure this is caulled a sister bored
