What can I have for lunch?
I'm not at 6th form so I don't have to have a boring old sandwich - but I can't decide what I do want (something savoury though). So this can be a bit like ready-steady-cook where I give you a list of ingredients - but you can use as few or as many of them as you like and it can be something hot or cold.
These are the foods I have available;
all the basics such as oil, flour, butter, marg, sugar?!, rice, potato, bread, several shapes of pasta
ham, tuna, cheese, eggs, milk
shallots, spring onions, red pepper, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, carrots
tomato sauce, tomato puree, mayonaise, lemon juice, coleslaw, brown sauce, worcester sauce.
Ham and Cheese Omelette with spring onions and red pepper :]
Whats the worse that could happen.
I think id make pancakes.
On one id go for ham and cheese and your favourite choice of sauce.
On the other id go lemon and sugar.
Alternatively, pasta bake with tuna, sweetcorn, mayo and cheese.
make some pasta sauce with the tomatoes, onions, red peper, a dot of the tomato puree and some garlic if you have any (though you can do it without), and have it with the pasta;may take a goood 15 mins to make though!
Plastic stuck in the large intestine?
Make a pizza
I went with ham, cheese, spring onion and pepper scrambled egg in the end. Thanks Sophie My omlettes always turn out funny so I gave up trying to make them so add omlette fillings to scrambled egg!
