I've got retainers which I've had for 5 years now. These are my second ones and they are falling apart. I personally don't think they do much after this time but apparently your teeth aren't fixed till you in your early 20s

But apparently they'll remain unstable due to something i do with my tongue
Hence this fixed wire on them.
Ive only got one pair there still going strong for now. But will probs get braces again in the future.

Tomorrow the mark schemes for my exams will probably found somewhere in tsr so I may get a rough estimate of what to expect in 700 something hours.. Yet still not completely freaking out..sure will set in....on a lighter note just watched an amazing documentary on bbc1; usain bolt: fastest man alive
