I opened my AS Level results on camera and sent the video to TSR for a competition last year... this year I'm toying with the idea of webcam videoing myself checking UCAS Track (I'm still trying to fight the urge to not even bother checking UCAS Track until after I've got my results so that it's a surprise ), because I'm stupid like that
thats so brave... i imagine i will be shaking like a leaf and will probabaly be white as a sheet not the best thing for a camera, i think at ours they publish some results in paper with picture of people holding results but not a video camera, but it would be my luck that this year there is a camera

the webcam is quite a good idea i'd probably laugh at myself so much a few days later, although i don't think i will be sleeping so... it will be quite funny :P

I was in the paper for GCSE results (nothing particularly spectacular, I just happened to go and get my results first thing which was when the photographer happened to be there) but for AS Level results I was in and out in something ridiculous like two minutes, I just wanted to get back to the car haha

I'm not going to sleep the night before so I'm fully expecting I'll be recording myself hourly just to moan about how tired I am but can't sleep

Well, I'll be up all night on here because my boyfriend will end up falling asleep at about 12 so you'll have at least some company

My boyfriend would probably not be very good company, as well as falling asleep I don't think he would understand why I'm so panicky :/ or he would just keep laughing at me... so i think i will stick to being on my own :P

Good luck with your exam today, although i finished last week today is my last day to day so I have to officially sign out from college and they delete me on the system seems quite final and I guess it will only sink in then that I am finished then :/

Mine's great usually but he did his A Levels 9 years ago so I think the nerves of results day aren't really a big memorable thing for him, whereas I'm bricking it

Thanks! And wow... that sounds very final and momentous! I think we just get to leave..

Ok my plan is to go on Track before it falls to pieces under everyone trying to see if they've gotten in or not, And if I have got in then all I'll need to do is go into 6th form to see how my grades are. If I can't get onto Track then I'll be going into 6th form a nervous wreck (although that is an understatement). I just want to so get into either my Firm (Edge Hill University) or Insurance (University of Bradford). Don't know whether I could go through clearing or reapply.

My boyfriend hasn't even done A Levels (he never carried them on following school) so he'd just be like "what the hell are you stressing about?!" XD I'd rather have him here anyway though because at least then one of us is calm, because my sister gets her A2 results on the same day so the entire family are going to be stressed out!

I literally feel sick already. What the hell is wrong with me?

I've never felt this nervous about anything and a whole month is going to make me commit.

    Ahhahahaha oh Wyke xD *headdesk*
I...probably actually know some of the people in this video *headtilt*
(Some students from my high school choose to go here instead of staying on for the local sixth form in the town). It's only about a forty minute journey away I think. It's weird, you see all these a-level results videos but kind of don't associate them as happening near you...
I don't think I would dare open mine on camera, not after the last two disastrous results days ^^"
