Can I swap to staying in halls instead of at home?

    Can I swap to staying in halls instead of at home?
    Basically applied for finance and out staying at home,
    Change of circumstances means I want to go to halls.

    Can I change this?

    Yes, call and they will tell you what bits of what form to send back, with a cover note saying "reassess me, changed from living at home to in halls".
