Conditional offer - 120 credits and no referrals?
I have an offer to transfer to year two of a business degree at BCU. The terms of this offer is to gain 120 credits and no referrals. What a referral?

    Thanks

'Referred' usually means someone's failed something but been allowed to do it again (usually capped at 40%). They're basically saying they want you to have passed all 120 credits-worth of work first time.
