Re: 9th May DeadlineIt means on or before 9 May. Deadlines generally include at least part of the date given.(Original post by Jampow)
When it says the deadline is the 9th of May is that before the 9th of may so 23:59 tonight, or at the end of the 9th of May at 23:59 tommorow. -
Re: 9th May DeadlineIf you look around TSR many people have received that email in error. It's a stupid thing for whoever sent it to do, and I strongly hope they will be shot.(Original post by Beatlemania)
I am slightly worried...
I've already accepted my firm choice, and I got a confirmation letter and everything, but I still got an email that says 'Deadline 9th, action needed!'...
Is this a email that they have sent out to everyone or what? -
Re: 9th May DeadlineThe deadline is 11:59pm tonight. They encourage you to do it before 6pm as that is when the help service will close down and candidates who have problems between then and midnight may lose their offers. Not everyone's deadline is today, of course.(Original post by rainbowsss)
So its 6pm tonight? and we then have 7 days to change our minds ? -
Re: 9th May DeadlineThanks - and the 7 day rule?(Original post by Good bloke)

Re: 9th May DeadlineYou can amend your reply, once, within a seven day period but that isn't a mechanism you should be anticipating, or planning, to use. A good rule of thumb in life is never to wait until the last possible minute before taking a required action and that certainly applies to anyone who has not yet taken this action.(Original post by rainbowsss)
