I hate Louise Mensch and I thought this was a terrible overeaction. You have to draw a line between 'trolling' and 'writing death threats', but come on! It's on the internet! If you can't take offense on some virtual, non-existent, non-spacial dimension where you will probably never meet anyone then you shouldn't be on it. I don't like our government's approach to the internet censorship/intervention.

So as long as you do it on an electronic medium, making death threats is okay?

Apparently he thinks it's OK provided it's from the privacy of your own home. I know I always prefer to get my death threats from the privacy of people's homes rather than in the street or something.
