In answering your question to my interpretation of your description, any oriental Asian girl taller than 5'5 is considered tall to me. From what I can tell, on average girls of Asian Oriental ethnicity tend to be around 5"3.

Its ok, I prefer short girls. For the record I'm 5"7.
