Re: Small food with high calorieBut those are not the same! You don't eat vegetable oil out of a spoon!(Original post by zuqqer)
let's put this into perspective: A teaspoon of vegetable oil spread has about 60 calories!

Re: Small food with high calorieJust two teaspoons(Original post by tommy1311)
You shouldn't be eating peanut butter with a spoon really!
Quality bulking food. All nuts.
But most of the people I know that's bulking or cutting are eating PBs!

Re: Small food with high calorie
I always find those little sundae pots or the small individual puddings really surprising. I expect nuts and fats and stuff to be high, and I know the puddings are going to be, but I just don't understand how you can fit 350 calories into like two tablespoons full of mini creme brulee pot. Good if you want to gain weight, though, because creme brulee is nice

It's much more fun finding things with high calories in than it was when I used to try and find stuff with nothing. There's nothing thrilling about finding out that a whole jar of pickled beetroot only has 50 calories in, even if that is what you're looking for...Last edited by Bimbleby; 10-05-2012 at 16:45.
