hi Im student from South Korea
a while ago I received condtional offer from Imperial college
condition was IELT 6.5 and AEA merit or STEP grade2

I already have my IELTS score however I won't be able to take both AEA and STEP this June since Im in middle of my military duty and currently Im dispatched to Middle East

There is no such facility that I can take above tests in the middle of desert
and my duty finishes this August

When I submit my application I explained my current situation in personal statement but they gave me this impossible task as a condition

I email department but they are not replying me
Im in panic right now don't even know what to do
since Im a mature student this year will be last opportunity for me to study overseas

please someone give an advise about my desparate situation

Sometimes it'll take them a couple of days to answer, but eventually they always do get back to you. If it's urgent, which it seems it is, don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call!

what voygehr said really these people get a fair few emails a day and it takes time to reply to them try giving them a ring usually they should be very understanding of extreme cases like this! good luck!

yeah they are really bad at getting back. im sure they will be able to do something, because its not your fault. if you didnt get the grade then they wont accept you, but in these circumstances they are understanding and will make a compromise. dont sweat it, because there is nothing you can do about it, its in their hands. good luck!
