Just accepted my offer for Adult Nursing for Brighton Feb 2013.

Wondering if anyone else here is starting in February 2013? Would be nice to talk to someone who is!

Hi, have you had an interview yet Robson1? The interview was good actually! Most enjoyable out of them all, it was a maths and english test with just a one-to-one interview! X

Had my interview Mon 9th July and was offered a place on Fri 13th! I was told in the interview itself that I did really well so I'm chuffed. Accepted it on Saturday 14th - can't wait.

Hey guys,

How do you all feel about me setting up a Facebook group for us starting in Feb? The only one I can find is the NAMPS society ran by the University but that includes anyone already on the course. Thought it would be nice to start a fresh one.... Let me know your thoughts and ill get cracking.

Hi, Not sure whether I have replied soon enough but I would print off the practice maths test paper and make sure you can answer the questions. When I had my interview some people had failed the maths test and weren't interviewed. It would be very upsetting to get that far and then not even be interviewed. There is a really good website called nursing calculations that you can download and practice.

The interview was only 1-1 and fairly informal. You will be asked why you want to be a nurse, what you will bring to the course, show understanding and awareness of current issues.

I wonder if you can help me....I have a interview coming up next week for adult nursing......and i am nervous and stressed out ...have you got any tip for me on that day.....any suggestion you got any like for math test, english test.....did you need to write any essays on any particular topic.....i hope you can sort me out....
