Transport is perfect. The roads are good and the traffic lights work what more do you want?
    What's the old adage?

    Aint broke don't fix it.

Cornwall's going to be independent, it's Mebyon Kernow's problem.

Sounds like a plan, but I'd hand it (and Devon, maybe Gloucestershire) to Wales, give them complete independence. Give everywhere north of Yorkshire (need to keep them for cricket purposes) to Scotland and cut them loose.
Make Birmingham independent as well - would really cut down on the amount of **** areas in England and save a fair bit of investment we put out in improving the country.
    Economic problem solved

Lol, no. When I saw the title I thought it was going to be from barnetlad.
The MRLP would never do such a thing! Take away the Great from Britain- never, even if we have lost an empire, at football, have bad weather etc etc. We've still got beer, Wensleydale Cheese and are number one in the world at test cricket.

This is not thought through, money spent on re-branding if this passes

The Transport Secretary should be concentrating on Transport, where is the Transport Bills?????
As Shadow Transport Secretary, I agree with this from Morgsie. You are meant to be focusing on Transport Bills/Motions and as I've already put one forward to the house, I think this is advisable.

It's fine to drift off now and then but you're not focusing on your main role in the House.

And it's a no from me to this bill.

Can we make Scunthorpe a city state as well, or make it a protectorate of Scotland, and perhaps cleethorpes too?

Must protest at the last bit, England and Wales are number 1 at cricket, the Scots can't qualify for the world cup.

You probably gathered it's a no from me. As for concentrating on transport, I've not seen any support on the proposal as part of my election campaign for loudspeakers playing recordings of trains at intervals along disused railway lines. You could pilot it on the disused railway path west of Mill Hill East.

The house is too communist to pass any of my transport bills.

Cut all non road related transport spending that is my only aim as transport secretary.
